Honoring the moon, sisterhood and fully landing in your beautiful body. Join us for a day retreat intended to give you a break from external stimulation, offering an opportunity to focus on your heart and body within a supportive community. The Full Moon represents the peak of a cycle and invites us to reflect on where we are standing on our journey. We will gather at EDEN, a beautiful sanctuary in Pankow, where the city's buzz fades, allowing us to melt into a softer presence. Our day will begin with a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, creating a deeper connection to ourselves. Breathwork is a powerful tool that brings us back into the present moment and helps to release blockages that have been stuck in our system. The medicine of Ceremonial Cacao will support us in dropping into our feminine essence, guiding us into our bodies and hearts. This heart-opening medicine will awaken your senses and deepen your connection to yourself and others. From this open and receptive state, we will move into an intuitive movement practice, allowing our bodies to lead the way and express themselves. You will leave feeling more connected, rooted, and supported by the loving embrace of sisterhood.
